  • installer ok, no problems
  • Komodo user guide comes up in web browser => should be limited in width, e.g. to 800 pixels
  • I do not remember how to deal with the license key
    • The user guide does not mention this
    • The IDE opens a window, but it does not ask for a license.
  • Searching for the email, launching license, ok

I am highly disappointed about the overall download process. As a comparison, the eclipse IDE is given out for free, why does Active State? makes things for me (a potential customer) so difficult? I like to evaluate and will possibly pay - the company should make this very easy for me. 21 days evaluation is not enouth for, other companies give 30, 60 or even 90 (some provide free personal editions).
