Processing

Lazaridis operates strictly rule-based, following his Prime Directives and following Requirements which result out of the defined Goals.

Once a task is defined (budget, goals, directives, ...) and started, an interruption is nearly impossible.

Normally, he removes any barriers autonomously, thus he can produce the results and close the task.

Closing tasks is critical, especially within a complex system of interdependend tasks.

Standards

He documents the systems based on the rule-system that he has created over the last years and which focuses mainly on simplicity and transparency.

He adheres to standards when it is mandatory (e.g. by law, by strict Customer Requirement).

Every other standard is verified against the Global Simplicity Requirements before accepted.

A word to potential customers / cooperators

Make Simplicity your Major Global Goal.

Simplify your products, services and publications to create an exceptional Easy-Of-Use.

Target people which have no idea about the programming languages you use, and which possibly do not want to get an idea about it.

This way you will be able to produce a main-stream product and a business around it.
